Can I send a gift card with a personalized message with my gift?
Yes! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your gift will arrive with your personalized gift card.
Can I order a gift today and have it shipped a week from now?
Yes, you can. When ordering your gift, just enter your desired shipping date in the comments area. We'll hold your order until that date. This allows you to shop at your convenience and have your gifts arrive on time!
If I place an order, how will my gifts be shipped?
Most of the prices quoted for shipping on our site are for USPS or UPS Ground Shipping. Jewelry ships Federal Express or Priority Mail. Express and next-day shipping are available for some, but not all, of our gift items. Please call us to determine whether Express Shipping is available for your selection, or make a note under “Special Handling Instructions” in your shopping cart and we will contact you. If Express Shipping is available, we will adjust your total purchase amount accordingly.
Do you ship outside the US?
Shippping prices are quoted for destinations within the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for shipping to other destinations. Please call for rates.
What forms of payment does your business accept?
We accept all major credit cards.
Do you collect sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax on all basket deliveries to New York. New York sales tax is automatically calculated by our shopping cart.
Can I return a gift?
We're confident that you and your recipients will be 100% satisfied with your gifts. If not, you may return any gift for an exchange or refund. Please call us within 2 days of receipt for return authorization and instructions. Please keep any damaged shipping containers in order to receive your credit. Returns on jewelry are for store credit only. Shipping charges are not refundable.
